Well the draw is out and what a hard one it is for our two champions!
Nadal and Federer will have to be ready to play good tennis right from day one.
Here is my pick on seed and form as to who they are likely to have to win in order to meet in the semis and progress to a possible final.

UDPATE – Big Upset as Federer goes down to Melzer (6-4, 6-4). Nadal beat Ljubicic (6-1, 6-3)
Roger Federer has never been beaten by Austrian Jurgen Melzer (3-0) so also looks good to march on towards the next round.
Rafael Nadal has a 5-2 lead over Ivan Ljubicic in the head to head, with a painful loss to the Croatian in the Indian Wells semi’s last year in their most recent encounter.

UPDATE – Matches over, Nadal lost to Melzer 1-6, 6-4, 3-6 and Federer beat Seppi 6-3, 6-4
Having made it past Wawrinka and Isner respectively, Nadal and Federer go into the next round looking thoroughly solid.
And their next opponents should (in theory) not cause them too much trouble in their march towards a long hoped for final rematch. In nine encounters in fact, neither has lost either a set or a match against tomorrow’s foes.
Nadal perhaps has the tougher match, against 13th seed Jurgen Melzer. But the head to head is completely in the Spaniard’s favour (3-0).
Andreas Seppi - ATP Profile
Federer would perhaps have expected a harder opponent in Cilic, but the Italian Andreas Seppi had other plans, forcing his seventh encounter with the Swiss champion. He will be hoping to find another gear this time round.

Roger Federer has perhaps his toughest match to date, against the in form Austrian Jurgen Melzer.
The last and only two time they have played before was at Wimbledon this year, when Fed overpowered Melzer in straight sets.
But the Austrian is now at his career high ranking (15) and beat Ferrero easily in three in the previous round.
Still, I’m thinking Roger will have him for supper, straight sets for the Swiss.

Sunday is a rest day at Wimbledon and play will resume on Monday.
Roger Federer will face Jurgen Melzer.
They’ve not played before, but Melzer has been in good form, is ranked a career high 16, and has beaten some good players this year on clay (including Djokovic, Verdasco).
If he wins, his reward will be a place in the final eight to continue that record streak .
Paul-Henri Mathieu- ATP Profile
Rafael Nadal will be playing Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu.
They’ve met nine times before, and the Spaniard has just dropped two sets and never lost a match.
Rafa will surely be hoping for a quick three set win in order to take the strain off the weary body after two long five setters, but Mathieu will surely have other plans

If all had run to form we would be seeing Federer against Murray and Nadal against Djokovic. Of the four, only Nadal managed to keep his date at the main table this year, and he should have a straight forward win over the Austrian veteran Jurgen Melzer.
Roger Federer was of course knocked out by Robin Soderling, who has just beaten Tomas Berdych to repeat his final appearance of last year.
I pick Nadal in three.

Roger Federer will face American James Blake after the completion of the Murray vs Robredo match which starts at midday local time. So Fed should come on some time after 1pm depending on the length of what should be a cracker between the Scot and the Spaniard.
Rafael Nadal will play Philipp Kohlschreiber in the evening session – not before 8pm local time.
